Our doctors perform a specific upper cervical adjusting technique that is gentle, non-invasive, and has full body effects. In our attempt to provide only the highest quality chiropractic care, our practice utilizes the most modern and most advanced chiropractic assessment procedures available. The process begins with a two part initial assessment:

Spinemaster exam (posture measuring): The Spinemaster indicates whether or not a person's spine is misaligned. It also measures the degree to which the spine is misaligned. We use this machine before and after each adjustment so we know when we have aligned the patient. There are only 2 spine masters in private practice in the city of San Francisco.

Pre-N.U.C.C.A. X-rays
The above tests will help determine if you are a candidate for N.U.C.C.A. chiropractic care. Your X-rays will be analyzed by the doctor prior to your second visit. The doctor uses these X-rays to determine how to correct your specific spinal misalignment.
The second appointment (1½-2 hours):

Complete report of the doctor's exam and X-ray findings
•
First N.U.C.C.A. adjustment
•
2 post-N.U.C.C.A. X-rays to verify that your spine has been corrected
•
Rest for 15 minutes in our resting room to allow your body to stabilize and adapt to its new alignment.
Follow-up visits (15-30 min):
Your correction will be monitored during follow up visits and a correction will be made if necessary.
